How to go to Mount Azumaya 四阿山
Take the Sugadairakogen Line 菅平高原線 from Ueda Station 上田駅 to reach Davos Bus Stop ダボスバス停, and start the hike up to Mount Azumaya 四阿山 from there.
Hiking Trails to Sugidaira Farm Trail 菅平牧場コース
There 1 main trail we would recommend to hike up Mount Azumaya 四阿山. This trail passes by Mount Neko 根子岳, a nice appetizer before the main dish that is Mount Azumaya 四阿山.
The other trails are not easily accessible via public transport.
- Sugidaira Farm Trail 菅平牧場コース
Take the Sugadairakogen Line 菅平高原線 to Davos Bus Stop ダボスバス停.
From there, you can walk towards Sugadaira Farm Parking Lot 菅平牧場駐車場, which is the trailhead of the Sugidaira Farm Trail 菅平牧場コース up to Mount Azumaya 四阿山.
